Our family and our business have used Jax in Penrith for over a decade, we run many vehicles over long distances, so we are in need of new tyres or repairs fairly regularly. This team is always happy to help us, they never oversell and they always explain to me whats going on. They are the best!

First time customer. The professional admin team were able to fit a service in before Christmas. The admin kept me informed of costs on the day and the mechanic team checked my tyres and pressure then wrote the pressure on the sticker which I've never had with a service. Very handy. I will be taking my car back to Jax Penrith for future services and tyres.
Had a booking for rego inspection at 8am. Was told it will take 45 minutes. At 8:45, they hadn't even started the inspection. Customer is then at fault for having the expectation that the work will be done in the timeframe they gave, voicing disbelief at the level of service and asking for the keys. Won't be seeing them again

When I made the booking late afternoon the day before, i was told that my car was no 3 in the queue for inspections. You open at 7am on a Saturday giving you an hour to perform the inspections ahead of mine, but at 08:45, an hour and 45 minutes after opening you still hadn't managed to complete the two ahead on mine.....really??? As you can imagine, when a customer is told at 8am that it will take 45 minutes, when the actual work itself is less than that and some time is added for delays, then you create an expectation that the work will be complete in the timeframe given, else why did you give it in the first place? If during the course of that timeframe, especially near the end of it you realise there are delays, why don't you inform the customer? A simple text would do and the outcome would've been different. You don't have any regard for a customers time, but the onus is on the customer to tolerate that.
Your claim of patiently explaining the delay is incorrect. I asked for the car at 08:45 and was met with "Oh, looks like they haven't started it". I told the staff member to get my key as I had to leave. The staff member I was dealing with wasn't even in the area when I voiced my disbelief at the situation in apparent "inappropriate language" so I'm not sure where this "directed at staff" claim is coming from, but that's fine, blame the customer since the customer must tolerate your actions. When the staff member returned with the key, I took it and left after saying "no" when they wanted to reschedule, and that was the extent of the interaction.
I hope you address your inappropriate manner of dealing with customers so the customer doesn't have to tolerate situations caused by you......but go ahead, blame me for that as well
This JAX is outstanding. I even got my pink slip done with my 12 month tyre service and all while I did my weekly grocery shop on a Saturday. Couldn't have been any easier with great Customer Service.
